United Golf Resorts is an exclusive residential project that will create a unique golfing community. All of our resorts will be strategically located in close proximity in the provinces of Murcia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

The beauty of acquiring a property with United Golf Resorts is that you become an integral part of a wider golfing community with access to at least 72 holes of golf spread across four resorts, each accompanied by excellent facilities and amenities. Each resort is designed with a strategic low-density build, maintaining a feeling of comfort and space throughout.

United Golf Resorts plan to convert 10 million square metres of land into 4 different residential developments within close proximity of one another, containing more than 8,000 properties with their respective golf courses that will offer golf lovers the chance to enjoy an exclusive 72 holes of golf.

This unique golfing community will contain three luxury resorts:

La Tercia (Murcia), just 20 minutes from the city of Murcia. United Golf Resort La Tercia will cover nearly 1,000,000 m2, starting with a 9-hole golf course and a residential complex containing 1032 homes.

San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante), just 3 minutes from the city of Alicante. United Golf Resort Valle del Sabinar will cover a total of 1,594,000 m2, with an 18-hole golf course and a residential complex containing 700 homes.

Bamendi (Murcia) situated in the region of Murcia, near to Murcia City & alongside the main route towards Cartagena. It enjoys a privileged location thanks to a Mediterranean setting and well-established surroundings. Two golf courses are to be created here, an 18-hole and a 9-hole golf course, respectively, as well as a large residential area covering an expanse of 2.5 million square metres, which will accommodate about 5000 properties.
